I took that 0ne2One data contract from Foschini, did not receive the data i than decided to cancel it, that was after 2 days of joining on 2nd December 2019 till today it not cancelled i call that number every day they will tell me it is cancelled on their side they are waiting for MTN to approve, when i check my statement i was billed for a Data that i never received, can someone please help and cancel that contract and transfer my sim card to prepaid
