I opened my account more than 15 years ago, never bailed on payments. To my surprise, Foschini has blocked my account. Received brief explanation that it was blocked because my name changed. This is a LIE. You require a marriage certificate. The account is in my 'married' name?? You blocked my account for a completely difgerent reason because your information is WRONG re the authentication you have done in April 2018. Stop claiming that I owe you money when the account alledgedly does not belong to me. Please do your own investigation and provide the correct reason for blocking my account.
