Samsung Z4

I purchased a Samsung z4 from Exact Kimberley unaware that it is not an android phone and uses some **** tizen software that does not allow for the sharing of apps from other devices and all apps on tizen are outdate eg. Whatsapp and facebook even if I update them. I am not even able to download banking apps on this phone. I feel that the sales person who sold me the phone ought to have informed me as he was fully aware of previous complaints about this. Why would i buy a phone that is so useless? I do not want this peace of ****. How can Exact even sell this to client and how can Samsung make a phone like this.
