Same Old problem

<p>I am really tired of this branch (Jubilee Mall) . In Feb I complained about only one cashier working. I thought they would have done something about it. This past Saturday I was at the mall to pay my account, it was at 09:10 and the store was not open yet the trading hours stated that they open at 09:00 , the store was only opened at 09:24 at that time I had gone to Truworths then I went to Foschini , Again it was only 1 cashier . I paid then walked out of the store. On Sunday I went again this time it was worse, the was no cashier, I had to approach the lady that helped me the previous day as I had recognized the face. You need training from Truworths (Jubilee Mall) about customer services. What is really going on at this store? The staff members don't acknowledge customers, we have to walk around the store looking like fools, yet when I go to Eastgate I always experience good service. Why is the level of service not the same across all the store</p>
