Sales Girls at Gateway? Are they the shareholders?

I am really fed up of the attitude from the workers at Foschini Gateway.I am an old customer at Foschini , and i actually started to avoid foschini because of the behavior from staff at the branch at gateway. I relocated to Umhlanga two years ago and the gateway branch is convenient for me . I visit the shop regularly but i am really annoyed with customer service. One of my most recent encounters was on Saturday , 15 Aug 2015 , i was in a hurry but wanted to purchase a baby lip at the cosmetic section , there was no queue , thou there wasn't anyone at the counter to help me, so one of the workers goes past , i asked her if she could help and cash my items , she told me that its not her job she doesn't work on the tills , and she proceeded to go and stand like a mutt head at the place. I was absolutely disgusted , after 15 mins a girl comes to the till only to make me wait further 10 min because she couldn't take cash as the till was only designed for cards. I mean seriously .Foschini employees at Gateway acts like they own foschini and they doing us a favor by attending to us when we shop there. Can anyone assist ?Or are the shareholders of TFG working at Gateway branch
