Run around

i had an account with Foschini and it was handed over to MBD as at that time i was unemployed from 2012,now i am working i made arrangements to pay R200 every month and i defaulted her and there as i was still a temp i got permanent last year in October and increased my instalment to R400. in March i settled my account and mbd was debiting my account till Januay/February. i send them my proof of payment more than 15 times to mbd of the settlement as they said i used the wrong details. then i would be put through to their client care and no help and their supervisor Joyce was so rude and told me why i was not paying my account my account would not have defaulted if i was paying. i let go of it a week later i called again spoke to their manager and she said she will send my details for me to get a paid up letter,up to this day nothing. two weeks ago i called mbd again and fochini they said i will be getting my paid up letter on the 7th working day till this day nothing. going for four months now my details are not updated on itc and no paid up letter. i work for a financial institute and they need the letter asap. is as if i am lying to my employer can someone assist me.
