Rudest laziest ****** no help

How sad was I when a few weeks back I bought almost if not more R3000 worth of facial products. The lady who assisted me in choosing was so lovely. Come to the payment counter you could cut the stiff atmosphere with a knife. Yesterday, I went back for a pair of boots. We were asked to go pay at the cosmetic counter. Only I went to the cosmetic counter... there were two ladies. One was helping a customer, sorry TWO was helping a customer, another one sat behind the till. She was asked to assist the other customer. Which she did. There I was standing away. Minding my business. The clerk who passed over the customer just sat there looking at me doing absolutely NOTHING. Yelling at a male customer which was walking around. Ok so I turned around and went back to the paypoint. Again another lady was asked to go to the cosmetic counter. I was standing in line for a while now. I laughed (as did the lady in front of me) I said they wont help you that side. Once I was assisted I left. Coming out of the shop I saw here comes the lady who left the line to go to cosmetics. She was helped. Now since my first experience I thought about it, but not being the kind of person blaming everything on ****** (as you can see never have I mentioned coor) I just tuck it away. After my experience yesterday blatantly being ignored, I do feel this is a race issue at Foschinis Vaal Mall. They are rude at the coametics counter. Looking you in the eye not helping nothing. Even the atmosphere their attitude and body language looks the shared and looks torwars me I knew this is not a lazy thing.... if it is you should really make a point for appointing new staff. Money has no race. My "white" hard earned money pay their salaties at the end of the day. I will make a point of telling people of the ****** lazy attitudes to expect at Vaal Mall cosmetics counter. And close my account ASAP. You all should go learn from the personnel at the Donna shop at Vaal Mall. They the best. Good bye Foschini Vall Mall.
