Rude, Unprofessional Behaviour

I have never been so disrespected. My son and I went to Foschini at Westgate Mall. My son was in full school uniform, when I went to the ladies side he went to the cosmetics side. A lady that works there that has dread locks on her hair then gave my son a very dirty look, this made my son come back to me saying mom let’s leave this store, there’s a lady that makes me feel uncomfortable she looks at me as if I’m some *****. The electricity went off so the systems were slow, she called us from the que to go pay on the cosmetics side. My son immediately said mom this is the lady, I asked why she made my son so uncomfortable at the store and she immediately attacked my son and said he is very young to feel that way. I asked her very nicley to apologise and she blatantly refused. I cannot believe that our children are not safe in retail stores because there are people that actually attack them, we have children that commit suicide because they cannot express their feelings, now for someone to attack my child in front of me. That is pure ************. Foschini needs to address this, actually this lady needs to apologise and Foschini must take my minor for counselling. This is totally unacceptable. I will not let this go unnoticed.
