Rude Store Manager Foschine East rand mall

I bought some shoes at Foschini mall of Africa on the 28.11.2019 weeks later my wife discovered that they gave me shoes of same foot right side only. 24th December I took the shoes back to the store were I purchased them and explained to the manager (Lebo) that I have lost the receipt but I can prove that I bought shoes at their store from my bank statement and she understood and because they did not have that shoes at their branch she made some means to find one for me at East rand Mall and call and made arrangements with guy called Malvern I went to East rand mall same day when I arrive at East rand mall Foschini that's were the drama started the Manager Gugu Sibeko refused to make an exchange shouting and making noise in front of other customers not wanting to listen to my story even when I tried explaining and showing transaction from my bank statement she was so rude I had to leave the store without solution and I'm still stuck with same pair of shoes what must I do Foschini Group what type of customer first policy are you using.
