Rude Staff at Donna Girl, North gate shopping centre

I had a terrible experience at the northgate donna girl store. The cashier that works there, Clara, is extremely rude. On more than one occasion I've gone into the store and I've been dissatisfied because usually the sizes of jeans and dresses end at a size 22. Sometimes 20. I enquire about it and Clara never has the time of day to answer any questions I have or to be helpful. She answers me rudely without even looking at me or acknowledging me. On Monday 18 December I went into the store wanting to buy swimwear and a few other items. Upon arrival, I walked around the store 3 times looking for swimwear and no one bothered to assist me. I then went to ask if they had swimwear or had run out of stock. The manager rudely rep**** that the swimwear was finished. I continued shopping and went to the till to pay. I needed a belt for my jeans and the only belts they had were size small. I asked the cashier why they carry only smaller sizes at a Donna girl store. Clara was the one who responded and very rudely saying it was a small store and they only bring THREE large size belts a week and the rest are a size small. I told her that that was ridiculous and she should make it a point to ask for a variety of sizes because I have difficulty every time I go to their store. She was carrying a pair of scissors and proceeded to bang the scissors on the counter while telling me that I should know what to expect from a small store and that if I had a problem I should go to a bigger store. My sister was appalled and video taped the entire incident. After going back and forth with Clara for what seemed like a lifetime, I was fed up and extremely aggravated because she was so rude and she was not helpful. I then told them to reverse all the items I had bought and to give back my money. Clara said she would do it with pleasure and she didnt mind if I didnt come back to the store. My sister kept telling her to apologise and for her to solve things in an amicable way but she blatantly ignored her. I am disgusted by the service I frequently receive there. As a result I will not be going back to donna girl in northgate. There is no value for money because I constantly leave the store frustrated and angry. I've been to donna girl in Cresta and the service is absolutely amazing. The ladies there go as far as carrying your garments to the change room and asking if they should look for a bigger size or something else while you wait in the change room. They smile and are always willing to help. I watched Clara jump up once to help a white woman who needed a size 42 swimsuit. She went and eagerly looked for the size and allowed her to try it on. I asked for a belt and all hell broke loose. I am officially boycotting donna girl northgate and I will continue to spread the word about the disgusting customer service I received there.
