Rude manager and terrible service from the staff

After MONTHS of searching for a shoe I wanted, I was finally pointed in the direction of Foschini Gateway, with my size. The staff were extremely unhelpful and the manager sat down and when I asked to speak with the manger, I am instructed to go to her! What nonsense! I am a customer! She eventually comes to me abruptly and gives me attitude when I ask for assistance! Never again will I shop at this horrible store! Pav is a small store with such beautiful, smiling, extraordinary individuals who will go out of their way to assist!
