Rude employee

I visited Foschini today, with my children, while we were in the mall. I was busy putting my one year old back in her stroller when an employee of Foschini started yelling at my six year old son, who was standing next to me. She told me that my son tried to rip the stockings on a mannequin. I asked him and he said he didn't, to which she rep****: "he did it, you didn't see!" So I had a look at the stockings to ascertain whether he did damage. He did not. I asked her to show me where he damaged the stockings and she kept yelling at me that my child tried to damage their merchandise. I told her that she had no right to yell at my child and that she should show me the damage. By this time my son was in tears. I called the manager and asked the employee to show her manager the damage. As there was none she just walked away. I asked the manager if the employee was going to apologise and she said no probably not now. I deem this as unprofessional and unacceptable. It seems like children, or for that matter anyone with a child, is not welcome in this store. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
