Rude Debt Collectors (harrassment)

Good day. I just spoke with one of your agents, a Xhosa lady not sure if she said her name is *****bo. My mother stepped out, she become rude insinuating that my mother with reach and imposing one question. I don't and won't tolerate such harassment not disrespect behaviour from who don't know telephonic etiquette. Please foschini, I will like to get the person accounted for.
