Rude customer service team

As the saying goes, if I could give it zero stars I would! Terrible customer service from their call centre team. To think I had called in with such a simple issue pertaining to my account and I was met with insolence, apathy and downright disrespect! It wasn’t only the agent’s refusal to help me with the matter, it was when she straight up ignored me when I told her she hadn’t helped me resolve the matter and asked to speak to a manager....she went mute. This went on for about 2 or 3 minutes, as I pleaded with her to allow me to speak to someone else. I was completely stunned, but more disappointed in the disrespect she has not only for customers, but for her job as well. I respect everyone I come into contact with regardless of who they are and/or what they so because people tend to look down on retail and call centre workers. What a terrible experience.... Completely and utterly disappointing and unacceptable I will not be shopping with you people ever again
