Rude customer care agents, it is disgusting.

I called Jet on the 30th of May to be assisted regarding my account that was handed over as i had made an arrangement to pay. I spoke to a very rude agent that just transferred me to the wrong department just to get me off the phone. I called in again to lay a complaint about the agent i spoke and i spoke to another agent who pretended like they are helping and said they are transferring me to the correct department only for them to hang up on me. Sies TFG your employees are very rude. once i'm done paying my accounts never again will i associate myself with TFG
