Rude consultant and poor service

I had an account with foschini which was handed over. The outstanding balance including fees as per the agent who called is R2599. I have made a payment of R3300 already now the company that is collecting on behalf of Foschini called me and they want R800 on top of that. They said my last year payment for August and September is not reflecting and the proof was sent to the on this email address: ********** Now they telling me that the account was with another company and it doesn't reflect on their side. Please note that i payed using their account number I have no idea why they refuse to solve this query and give me my clearance letter. An unprofessional consultant called me and told me I have emotional problems is this how they train their people??? Please assist me. The name of the company handling my account is SSDA.
