Rude Call Centre Staff

we have just received a call from the Foschini group where the agent was looking for Ms A. Brummelkamp. they called on ********** 549

I informed them that they called a company and that this person does not work there. They subsequently just put the phone down without any form of polite "thank you" or good bye!

Unfortunately for them, they do not know that this is my wife that they are referring to and that I will now force me wife to close her account with them... I do not have time for leaches, rude or arrogant people!!!!!!!!!!

Either rectify you staff's attitude and manners or I will definitely go above and beyond to showcase your staff's rude telephone etiquette!!!
