Rude Call Center Agents

Your call center agents are very rude, called me the other day with a rude tone “Ma’am when are you going to pay your account...” I’ve been paying my account, I even called in to give my bank details to allow a debit orders incase I was unable to go there personally. The agent had the nerve to drop the call on me when pointing out such facts. I don’t operate with such disrespect, I’m closing my account with you for good!
