Rude and unfair treatment
Hi,
I trust you are well
I am writing this mail with the most broken heartedness of how your staff treats clients. I went in to the Foshini in Kolonnade, Montana. I saw the Umhle tracksuits that I adore so much on special. On the umhle table was the 'Take R100 off selected sweats' not only on the table but on two other stands containing Umuhle track suits. I took the black top and pants and headed to pay. The top was 199 and the pants 250. Meaning I'd be paying 250 as they were on special with the board I saw when I walked in. The items didn't take R100 off as per advertised so the cashier had to get clarity. I explained to her that the special board was on two other Umuhle stands there is no way it was a mistake as they were now saying umuhle tracksuits aren't on special it was a mistake.
I had the whole 5 or 6 staff member surrounding me on the floor arguing with me that the tracksuits weren't on selected sweats but failing to show me the 'selected as I wanted to buy the specially marked ones. A lady called Tumi went as far as saying 'do you know what the word selected means'. I then asked her to show me then the 'selected' umuhle tracksuits that were on special and she said none of them were on special and that she'll only know once the client got to the till. She called the floor manager Maggy Seloma, I must commend her calmness and professional Mannar. She explained to me that they were still trying to figure out which umuhle tracksuits are on special as they just got the promo and it was only commencing on the 25th although the right ones would click at the till. It's in the way Tumi spoke to me, her mannerism was wrong, not professional as according to the other staff I was right. I saw the board at umuhle tracksuits whether selected or not its their job to show me the special ones as they say there is a special. Whats even worse, I left without the tracksuits and I must say it really broke my heart.
Regards, K****tso
