RUDE AND IMPATIENT!

I had the worst experience shopping at Foshini The Glen Mall on the 25th /07/2015 they probably thought i accept that **** service i got , first of all my shoe size was not found anywhere in the store room or where ever they store their stock seems they having parties back there while i had to wait for 1 hour for the LAZY woman to come back to me and have the nerve to say they don't have the other shoe for the one on display i mean really first of all i PAY ME THE CUSTOMER!!!!! Taking an hour to come tell me *** i refused to leave the shop until i get the other shoe for the pair and oh wow magic the Lazy found it!You cant choose who to help and who not! To the assistant manager does not even smile or apologize for inconvenience she rather looks at me dirty and responds with a stupid question WHAT DO I WANT and WHAT SHOE ? i mean really sies man don't work then rather stay at home with your sour faces worst service ever its disgusting!
