Rude and abusive

A girl called me today from from head office saying i owe a 90.00 on my account. First she tells all calls are recorded which works for me coz now her manager can hear her, i asked her nicely to call me by my name and she rep**** with a bad attitude that is what she was taught, Secondly she wanted an explaination as to why i didnt pay. As im explaining she cuts me off and tells me what happened instead of listening to me.not knowing what actually happened.in the end she tells me when i must pay and puts the phone down no thank you no goodbye just drops the phone. Tfg has always been great at service this is shocking to me. Check my record and check who called me on wed 16 september 2015. I want that girl to call me back and apologise for behaviour and her clear lack of respect. I respect my customers at all times i expect the same as a customer. *** is what she called me from. I do no want an apology from anyone else accept this girl. Come TFG you guys are better then this. 1 Bad apple spoils the bunch.
