RUDE; ABRUPT; EGOTISTICAL COLLECTIONS AGENT

On the 19/08/2020 my partner received a call from a collections mind you an extremely abrupt individual ZANDILE MJANDANA representing the Foschini Group demanding a payment. In no way did she have any customer scentricity or even a sense of remorse for what is currently happening where people have been losing their income due to no work no pay....She has been working from home or so i have been told and have been receiving an income monthly so i am sure that she cannot sympathize with those going through any different. She was told that my partner is not working at the moment she advised that even if he is not working he still needs to pay and needs to borrow money to pay!!!! i mean are you being serious!!!! to tell someone to borrow to pay an account that will be paid as soon as work is back up and running is disgusting..... obviously just so that she can make her commission numbers ... ZANDILE IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB AND IS UNHAPPY WITH IT AND CANNOT COMPLY WITH TCF OR LEGISLATION QUIT !!!!! THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT OUT THERE THAT WOULD BE SO HAPPY TO DO YOUR JOB AND RECEIVE AN INCOME YOU RUDE EGOTISTICAL PERSON!! YOU SLAMMING THE PHONE DOWN AT THE END THREATENING WITH LAWYERS, DONT GO THERE!!!!! WE KNOW OUR RIGHTS, WE ARE VERY WELL EDUCATED WITH THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY RULES AND REGULATIONS.... WE WOULD LIKE FOR A MANAGER TO CALL MY PARTNER AND HAVE THIS RUDE CALL HIM BACK AND APOLOGISE. WE ALSO WANT THE CALL RECORDINGS ASAP. SORRY NOT LEAVING IT LIKE THIS
