********** with extra charges

I closed my account or at least thought I had in 2016. For the last year I have been receiving Sms's saying I owe them money. Each time I call in I get told this is for a subscription I have never signed up for and my account should be closed. On 5 seperate occasions I have called in they have apologised told me account is clear and now closed. Today I have been threatens that my account is being handed over and I will be blacklisted. Absolutely disgusted in Foschini Group . Being blacklisted for something I never signed up for and not being able to talk to anyone who can assist as the call centre staff can only go so far. This is highly *******!!!
