********** for overdue charges

I was absolutely shocked as to sms charges and collection letter charges as well as interest charges on my overdue account.<br> <br> Firstly, when I app****, the person capturing my details did not capture my number correctly because when I tried registering my online profile, it did not pick up my current cell number, so who was the sms actually sent to? Why am I being charged R2.51 for smses I didnt receive?<br> <br> Secondly how does the interest and collection letter fit in if the sms was not sent to my number?<br> It wouldnt be fair on me to pay for the company's mistake.<br> I pay my account on time as soon as I receive the postal statements.<br> <br> I have also enquired online that a consultant call me back with regards to the above, to date a single call was not received!
