I was handed over to attorneys and I had already made payment I laid a complain here on hello Peter and on Facebook on tfg foschini group they rep**** on Hellopeter saying they will contact me in 48 hours it been more than a week no one contacted me on Facebook they don't reply at all I made a payment of 700 last month and my balance was 2662.11 I then made another payment of 400 on the 30th of November now my balance is 2615.51 of which it does not make sense to me what happened to the 400 that I paid when the balance is not !along any difference foschini is *********** ppl and I'm intending on taking this further since no one is willing to contact me or resolve this issue and I guess u will state that u will contact me in 48 hours and u won't again wat a pathetic service I'm not running away I'm paying my account and I'm not getting any help
