I had recently (2 weeks ago) purchased a mobicell tablet from foshini. a day ago the tablet took a short tumble onto my carpet.the screen cracked from the inside although still smooth when you touch it.<br> the touch capability is completely gone. the tablet is useless being 2 weeks old i looked at the warranty card only to that they have a policy against damage to the screen from the the moment it leaves the store.<br> i have had many phones that have taken a harder fall and incurred no damaged as this. since they the tablet isnt covered in the warranty for the type of damage it has i requested an amount for repair only to find out the amount to repair the tablet is almost equivalent to the total cost of the device. this company manufactures or sells cheap quality only so they can make a profit of the customers, so it seems. <br> i thought foshini had more class than this? you charge ridiculously high interest rates for krappy cheaply made devices? obviously you have lost the plot with regard to customer service.
