So I bought my daughter a dress at Maponya mall but it doesn't fit her, decided to return it yesterday at South gate the lady assisting me told me that I wouldn't get a receipt for whatever I was exchanging with because I lost mine (which I think is ridiculous) then to make things worse after scanning it she tells me it's marked down to R60 and she'd process it for that much like ***? I bought it for R240!!! So basically I'm being punished for losing the receipt by forfeiting R180??? I could buy my daughter something else with that money and now I'm stuck with a dress that she'll never wear because whether I axchange it or not it's still a loss. If that's your policy it's *******!!!
