Ridiculous service
I paid up my account with Fochini and now i have to hear that i have been blacklisted. I never received a letter. Sms or even a call to say that there is money outstanding. I am fuming as now i cant get a flat due to this. I have been a customer for years and this is how i get treated when i never missed one installment. It's disgusting
