Ridiculous Call Fee Charge - Very Unhappy

Over lockdown, Foshini phoned me once, asking when will i do a payment. I told them the end of the month. it wasnt even a 5min call and they charged me R20 for a call fee. I didnt ask Foshini to phone me so WHY charge me R20 to call me. I phoned Foshini, i have been help rudely cause I said im not going to pay the R20 and im going to close my account if this is not sorted out. Ive been said, you can close your account but you still need to pay the R20. So they would rather loose me as a client and let me close my account as to help me.
