Ridiculous
I'm so annoyed with your verification process. Called into your call center wanting to activate the app and change a phone number. Didn't know I would be asked to offer a blood sacrifice and have my account blocked. Now I have to endure the extra inconvenience of going in store. Didnt know I would have to study for a test in order to prove that I am who I am. I appreciate the fact that you have to protect your customers but I will keep failing your test because I have no idea where you get these ridiculous questions from. Next you will ask my for my blood type
