Revaulting customer service

I would not give this store even a single star. Foschini Sandton City I am not happy! I bought a phone 4months ago and it became faulty towards the end of the third month. I took it back to the store with the receipt and box to book it in for repairs. It took the store 3weeks until I called in to ask about the phone of which that was when they could give me an answer, they have been quiet the whole time. I bought the phone for R1800 but I have to pay R2000 for repairs. The phone was not over 5months but they said there is nothing they can do. I am stuck with a phone that does not work, this is my second phone I bought from Foschini. They always sell faulty phones and never repair them!!
