Returning Goods
Hello Peter , On the 4th of April 2015 my partner bought for me a hat at Foschini Walmer Park Port Elizabeth , I didn't like the hat I returned but I couldn't coz it was on his account and I wanted to take another thing and he was not there as he is staying in Standerton Mpumalanga , today we went to Foschini Secunda to return it the manager and the staff didn't take it back saying it was over a month , what is the consumer law saying coz it's says you can return something within six months , the hat is still with a tag never used .
