Returned phone

I bought a sumsung A30s at foschine waterfall mall Rustenburg on february used the phone for about 3 months the phone went blank.. i took the phone back and the phone went to repairs the repairs contacted me saying the screen cracked and i told them the phone never fell and i dont have kids the phone went black n when i tried to charge nothing so they said i must pay R2345 gor repair i dont have that kind of money.... now its about six months they still have my phone no one is calling to update me with anything i even wonder if the phone still exist i called the head office several times no one picked my calls even today im still waiting gor only God knows what cos i went to the shop i didnt get help...
