Return Policy must be reviewed as we are not told when we buy

Last week i went to Protea Glen mall, were i bought Bras and 1 panty.

It was about R600 in total, and the lady said nothing to me about their return policy.

i went to The Glen mall and i was told that i cannot return the bras, i understand and know that i can not return the panty but the bras? The lady did not inform me that i will not be able to return them, i dont know what got into me going to Foschini for bras as i normally buy at woolies with no hustle.

The lady told me that the return policy is at the back of the receipt, how was i going to know that because when i was paying there was no sleep until i paid.

i refuse to lose so much money on things that i will not be able to use. i want the things to be credited back into my account before i close the account. this is really not on. i am definitely going to take this matter up , the bras are still in the same condition R600 is a lot of money.
