RETURN POLICY

I bought a clutch bag for my sister at Maponya Mall, only to find out that she doesn't like it. I went to Foschini at Campus Square to return and I was told (Joy) that they don't take back the clutch bags, when I check the bag of the till slip on return policy it's not even stated there. she said that they should have told you were you bought the bag that we don't take them back, i was not told that and i called help line *** spoke to Zachariah he told me that there is nothing he can do if they said so then that's the store discretion. i'm so not happy about the service
