RETURN OF LAPTOP AFTER MY SISTER'S DEMISE

My sister passed away on 16 May 2022. My sister purchased a laptop on 3 April 2022 online from the TFG. I am attempting to return the laptop; as it was only used once, thereafter my sister my hospitalized due to her diabetic complications and sadly passed away. I was told to take the laptop to any TFG outlet, they will examine the device, and refund (well not a refund but her account will be credited and closed) and then close the account. I called the Foschini outlet at Waterfall Mall, Hillcrest, KwaZulu Natal; they are unsure that they can take the device. I stated that they can examine etc as it is still new! Sales agent said she will call back! Please can someone help me with a confirmation with a store that can help me please!!! Don’t want to go around in circles and want closure!!!
