I was given a gift in December 2015 purchased on an account of a third party and went to them and asked if I could swap the item for something else after discussed with the third party and they were of no help as they needed the account holder, I have asked that the third party accompany me there for the swap and due to their working hours we have not been able to go to the store. To date my receipt had expired and still sitting with items purchased that I do not need. Where can I go to change these items since my receipt says 30 days and it now 20 days over.
