retrenched

I Gideon Schutte was retrenched in 2011 and I sent my retrenchment letter to the foshini group! When I opened my account they told me that I should subscribe to the club as they have benefits like funeral cover and will pay my account if I should be retrenched so I did subscribe and what also makes me upset I didnt just go to a store to open the account as I never thought of opening one but they sent me a card and letter in the post to say I qualify to open a account so my personal details are not secret as any company has access to my details!!
