Resolve Monthly Subscription **** and Reduce Balance

I'm account holder for years. Monthly Magazine Subscriptions have been doubled and some thrice billed on my account totalling R500, resulting in my account balance increasing instead of being reduced inspite my monthly payments.

I literally visited the shop and complained about it in March 2019 and was promised it will be sorted out. Three months past the problem not solved. Went again at the store in Brits in July 2019 print out was taken out and discovered the same subscriptions existed. Was asked to wait they called their head office, requested my details once more and promised the matter will be sorted. The total balance was R8730.29 by then including the doubled and tripled subscriptions. Later in August and September 2019 was called by their Attorneys requesting for outstanding payments and to make payments arrangements despite the shop not solved my problem. I was not able to benefit from using the account because of the balance and had to buy cash all the time, despite monthly installment paid

I requested they reduce the balance with the seven months subscriptions totaling R3500.00,they were unable to stop.

I'm been harrassed by their attorneys monthly calling me even after payment done, resulting again in extra R20.00 costs of every call they do on the account.

Please i need your urgent assistance to have the matter solved reducing the account to R3000.00 with monthly payment i have agreed to pay.
