Request to cancel a funeral & accident cover not being processed since February 2025

My name is Michael Mokgokolo, I had a funeral & accident cover that I cancelled on the 17th of February 2025 @ Foschini store jubilee mall. I used the jubilee mall store phone to cancel the cover and the phone call took over an hour. I spoke to numerous consultants and the last consultant, named Mohammed who advised me to ignore calls any messages and calls as the cover was cancelled. I even requested a reference number and he assured me there was no need. However, I am still receiving calls to pay "outstanding money". The calls are harassing and traumatizing as they are everyday.
