Request insurance schedule

May 2019 I made a cellphone claim and it was successful. After some time I received a phone call saying that my cellphone insurance has been canceled and I was shocked as I never requested it to be canceled. They said they'd reinstate it. I requested that they must please email me the policy schedule, but up until now I have not received anything from them. When I phone them it's either my phone is not answered or it doesn't go through. I sent an email again this year requesting the document as they are deducting the money monthly. I received an email saying that I'll be contacted, but there has been no contact until now. I'm highly disappointed. Finrite is not doing well. They are unreachable.
