Hi Foschini Can you please remove my name from Credit listing

We have noted your complaint in regards to the Markhams listing that still appears active on your credit profile.

Please note that in terms of SACRRA (South African Credit Risk Reporting Association), DMC are unable to make changes to an original creditor listing, in this case the Markhams listing.

We will on your behalf submit a request to the Foschini Group for the listing to be amended, if applicable.

According to the information available to us, the DMC listings have been updated to closed

We are rightfully retaining record of the account in the state it was as at the time it was ceded / sold and is no longer the property of TFG.

We cannot clear the account balance or remove the account from the database. This however does not affect the Bureau records as the responsibility to update the client’s credit record after settlement lies with the collection agency.
