Reject

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Maria Laubscher, ID *** a week ago she tried applying for a Foschini card, she accidently entered her income wrong, she tried to re submit an application with correct detail but the system did not allow a second application, thereafter i tried to assist her with no luck.A day later she was informed to submit income which she sent to docs by e mail, today she is rejected, after explaining. My mom had a Foscini account 17 years ago and she was a good customer for all those years, her account was fully paid up after her accident, with not 1 cent owing, now she returns to open an account again just to be kicked to the side, why ? ? Please can anyone look into this and assist
