Refusing to help
Foschini in Mthatha is always down or they cant help when we want to make payment and I have complained about this numerous time! So I did not pay once to get someone to listen to me! So now they reported me to credit and I am not 1c outstanding! I have asked them now numerous times to please supply me with a letter to state I am not owing anything to which they reply first I have to wait 48 hrs to get the letter! And now after 4 days waiting now secondly I cannot get a letter! Why I do not understand? Can someone please help?
