Refusing to give me a delay letter
I have a cell phone contract with Foschini, i lost my phone and called for an ITC number i was never called for the ITC number waited for too weeks but now they are refusing to give me a delay letter so that i can give the insurance company. This means i will not give a phone because Foschini will not issue the latter to the insurance company.
