refused to take a dress even when they saw that its damaged

i bought a dress at Foschini in Durban west street while visiting Durban, i am staying i Bergville, i was gonna attached gala dinner, the weather changed and it was so cold and raining i ddint wear the dress, so i decided to take back the dress to foschini in ladysmith but they told me that dress got stains, i explain to them that when i bought the dress i was on hurry and i took it like that still refusing to take the dress and screaming at the lady who is a manager there, she checked the dress and notice that the hooks on the top part is damaged of which i didnt notice because i never wear it, but still they want me to take damaged dress which is costing R899.00.
