Refused to pay claim for an insured Tablet

I bought a cell in 2018 at Foschini at Chris Hani Mall Vosloorus and I insured the cell phone as I was advised by the lady who assisted with the purchase at the store after I explained to her that I am buying the tablet for my 13 year old son as they required the Tablets to load text books and I took her advise. I went to the store 2 weeks ago to claim that the screen is damaged after it fell at school and now they told me it is declined as he is not listed as a user, how can a minor buy and list the cell on his name, what I want to know is that I was supposed to lie who had the cell phone at the time ???I am not going to do that as the lady who assisted with the purchase was her duty to list my son as a user not me I bought the Tablet with my Foschini Account my contact is *** and the Policy No. IN*** which I pay every month without fail.
