refused to exchange

Bought a cellphone on sat and now it doesn't want to charge and does not on...I ws told to exchange it if it gives a problem within 7 days from purchase, now my problem is dt I cnt go to westgate mall where I bought it psimply cz im working over d weekend......so wht if I had purchased it@ Durban? ?????
