REFUSE TO EXCHANGE GIFT

<p>My partner bought me make up the other the day as a mothers day present. I have been trying to return an eye shadow palete from lancome for the last week. I do not want him to know that im returning the gift therefore I dont have the recceipt . your staff from menlyn and woodlands mall have chopped and changed the story from no you need a receipt, to you need the bank card to we dont have the product therefore we cannot accept it. I have honestly never received such disgusting service and I will make sure we never buy anything from this retail group again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
