Refusal to give open laybye

I was foschini west street 2017/10/04 wanted to do a a laybye. I was told laybye closes at 4:30 I must fill the form the lady Ayanda will fax and I will get sms notification. I called customer service I was told no form has been faxed. When I called the store no one answered. When I got there I was told the lady did not fax and machine isn’t working I must go and ask total sport. The lady at store refused she said no they won’t do that I must laybye something with them there are not part of focshini. I wasted two trips with no assistance.
